During the state of emergency caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the GC-s on the YourJob project did not take a break, but focused all their activities on the Internet and provided online services to their users. On the other hand, the interest of beneficiaries has not abated. On the contrary! In addition to individual sessions and counseling, group online soft skills trainings are organized every Wednesday. From the comfort of their home, young people from Aleksinac, Zrenjanin and Ruma had the opportunity to acquire sales skills, to learn how to write a good CV, to gain some basic time management techniques, to learn how to find motivation for progress… Participants rated these trainings as very interesting and useful. Interest in these trainings grew daily, so some had to be held several times. We hope that very soon we will have the opportunity to organize many more trainings, live.
