The first boot camp for future young entrepreneurs within the YourJob project started on Wednesday, March 10th at the Andrevlje Ceptor Hotel in Fruska Gora and runs until Friday, March 13th. Twenty ambitious young people from Aleksinac, Zrenjanin and Ruma will have the opportunity to gain new knowledge on starting and running their own (social) business in this four-day training. The training is delivered by Mr. Neven Marinovic and Mrs. Ivana Stancic, renowned trainers from Smart Collective, a non-profit organization, a leader in promoting the concept of corporate social responsibility and the development of social entrepreneurship in Serbia. , Also, experienced entrepreneurs and businessmen will share their huge experiences with the trainees. Counselors from YourJob Youth Incubator from Aleksinac, Zrenjanin and Ruma will attend the training, too. This is the first of three boot camps to be organized within the YourJob project.
The overall objective of the YourJob (Youth Overcoming Unemployment Regionally through Job Opportunities on the Balkans) project is to increase young people’s employability and empower them to enter the job market. The project is funded by the Austrian Development Agency, Caritas Austria and Renovabis and implemented in Serbia by Caritas Serbia, Caritas Zrenjanin, Caritas Srem and Caritas Aleksinac. The project is being implemented in Zrenjanin, Ruma and Aleksinac.
