Caritas Youth Incubators continue to work on the YourJob project despite the new situation caused by the Covid_19 virus pandemic. Our advisers from Aleksinac, Ruma and Zrenjanin give their users the opportunity to continue their project activities online. There will be one online training session every Wednesday.
On Wednesday, April 1st, young people from Aleksinac, Zrenjanin and Ruma had the opportunity to participate in the first online training called “Sales Skills” via Skype, held by Vanja Jaksic, our advisor from Aleksinac. The ninety-minute interactive training aimed to improve the sales techniques of our participants using modern sales techniques and skills. The participants evaluated the training as extremely interesting and useful.
On the same day, YourJob advisor from Zrenjanin held an online meeting with young people from Zrenjanin, who applied for start-up grants for starting a business. Participants in the meeting discussed the way of realization of activities under new circumstances and further plans. Candidates are full of enthusiasm and entrepreneurial ambition but also optimistic about market recovery prognosis.
“Until the next online or, hopefully, live meeting, we will work hard on business plans,” said participants of this meeting.
