One of the priority goals of the YourJob project is the empowerment of young members of national minorities and vulnerable categories of the population. Roma are one of the most difficult to employ categories in our environment, so Caritas Zrenjanin recently signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Association of Roma from Zrenjanin on the YourJob project. On this occasion, professional internships for young Roma in Zrenjanin were agreed, as well as workshops for raising the capacity of young people of Roma ethnicity.

In addition to the president of the association, Mr. Danijel Dana, the signing was attended by the coordinator for Roma issues, Mr. Zijus Sacirovic, and a member of the provincial assembly, Ms. Jelena Jovanovic, who emphasized the exceptional importance of this cooperation for the Roma population and the entire community.

Shortly after the signing of the Memorandum, a two-day training in using computers for the purpose of finding a job was organized. The participants were diligent, successfully completed the training and received certificates. We wish them good luck in finding a job and further career.
